HOW TO BOOK ON WEBSITE
Step 1: Choose Siam or Thonglor branch.
Step 2: Pick category of service e.g. ‘Spa Programs’
Step 3: Choose a package, or treatment, and click on the “BOOK” button underneath.
Step 4: Select the number of guests, the date, and a preferred time to visit, then click the “BOOK NOW” button when highlighted.
Step 5: The system will add this to the ‘Cart ’. If you have a promotional code, please Enter Discount Code here.
Step 6: To book more, click on the “Add a Booking” button and Repeat Steps 3 & 4.
Step 7: When ready, click on the “Checkout” button to go to the Checkout page.
Step 8: Enter info on Checkout page and then re-check summarized booking details. Read and accept the terms and conditions. Then click the “Place Order” button to send.
YOUR BOOKING REQUEST information is sent to the spa team as well as automatically to the submitted email address. However, BOOKING is NOT CONFIRMED yet.
Don’t forget to check your email: if more info is needed it will be requested there.
Once manual processing is complete you will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL from the spa booking team of confirmed details.

NOTE
- Without a CONFIRMATION EMAIL from Treasure Spa, the booking is NOT complete and NO reservation has been made.
- If you want to postpone your booking and a new requested time is unavailable, you will be offered the nearest alternative.
If you need to cancel a booking please give 24 hours notice. If cancellation is 3 hours or less before a confirmed time, the spa booking team will consider it a NO SHOW and no alternative time offered.

If you would like to book spa services directly, please visit the nearest Treasure Spa branch in Siam or Thonglor. Alternatively, you can make a booking via Email or Whatsapp (details for each branch below)
