Excellent location on the sixth floor, easy to find, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are incredibly friendly; we were treated and welcomed with open arms. They gave us an introduction and asked which oil we preferred for our treatment, where we didn't want to be treated, and where we wanted to focus our attention. At the end, we were even offered tea and given a chance to relax. It's also suitable for people with rheumatism.

The place is beautiful and quiet. Honestly, the service is exceptional. The whole service costs 1500 baht, an excellent price for a full hour of head massage and scalp cleaning. 👍👍👍

Amazing experience! Place was clean and pretty. They were very welcoming once I got here. I got the call treatment. Loved how they had plants in the washing station. The dry Thai massage was better than I expected! I was also going to be late than my original appointment and they were flexible and able to change my time. Even gave a nice little treat after! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful prenatal massage experience! The therapist was gentle, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. My back and hip pain felt much better afterwards. Highly recommend for any expecting mum looking to relax and relieve pregnancy aches!

I really enjoyed my Deep Tissue Massage with Ann. The room was really peaceful with nice music. I was in a private room with a sink and shower and safe for belongings if you want to use it. I requested firm and it was very good. The receptionist was very nice also. I was a morning walk in and they were able to accommodate me. 6th floor, use the elevator. If you come on BTS at Siam stop, use exit #4. Easy to get to.

I booked this head spa treatment expecting relaxation, but I didn’t expect to fall asleep almost immediately!
The therapist has incredibly strong hands and the pressure was perfect—firm, thorough, and exactly what my tired scalp needed. I was so comfortable that I basically slept through most of the session.
When I woke up at the end, my scalp felt unbelievably clean and refreshed. The best way I can describe it is that my whole head felt lighter. The massage, cleansing, and overall experience were amazing.
If a treatment can knock me out and leave me feeling this refreshed afterward, that’s probably the highest compliment I can give. Highly recommended!

I had such a wonderful experience at TREASURE Spa & Massage @BTS Siam - SQ1. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, luxurious, and very welcoming. The place is super clean, beautifully designed, and smells amazing which instantly helps you relax.
The staff were professional, friendly, and really experienced. The massage itself was incredible they knew exactly how to relieve stress and muscle tension. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and full of positive energy.
The location is also very convenient near BTS Siam, making it easy to visit after a long day of walking or shopping. Definitely one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in Bangkok, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality massage and relaxation.

Everyone was really kind and patient to explain in detail. the masseurs were professional and constantly ensuring that we were at top relaxing condition. Definitely worth every penny n time. Will be back when i visit bangkok again.

Staff speaks good English, I booked two services -- 2hrs aroma oil massage plus a 90-minute spa hair treatment.
The service did not start on time, but I wasn't in a hurry
The staff is excellent in her skill, very friendly, and kept checking on me if the pressure was right and if everything was to my liking.
The head spa was extremely relaxing
The whole place is clean and easy to locate -- take the first elevator from the entrance facing Siam Paragon, go up to the 6th floor, and the spa is right there.
They run many specials, so be sure to check out their website!

Nice ambience, clean environment. Staff are very friendly and smiley. Went for the 4h Rose and Champagne couple spa. Started with scrub then aromatherapy massage followed by facial then bath. Gifted me with a gift bag and birthday cake, knowing it’s my birthday today. Appreciative of their special arrangements. Will be back!

1950Baht for 90mins of treatment- inclusive of hair spa, neck and arm massages.. they also gave each of us a bottle of Nap Therapy mist!! 👍🏾
Value for money and enjoyed the treatment throughout… my therapist was gentle and careful throughout the process and I felt very comfortable and relaxed.

My husband and I visited Treasure Spa during our 15 year anniversary vacation to Bangkok. 10/10 recommended the 3 hour special, couples massage. It was out of this world! The gold facial was especially wonderful!!
